REVIEW

Who Framed Roger Rabbit (ENGLISH)

Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Alan Silvestri). While Detective Eddie Valiant investigates the death of Marvin Acme, Roger Rabbit himself appears as a suspect upon learning that the rabbit's wife, Jessica Rabbit, was in a relationship with Acme. On the other hand, it is known that the lost testament of Acme leaves the property of Toontown to the Toons, so it begins to be presumed that this could be the real reason for his murder. That's when Judge Doom comes on the scene, looking for Acme's testament and Rabbit to kill him.

With a jazzy tone trying to set the story of vintage film noir, Silvestri creates a caricatured score, with touches of adventure and mystery. Pleasant to listen, at times it becomes monotonous by repetitive.

The extensive compilation of 2018 includes the expanded score, much of the music created by Silvestri that was ultimately not used in the film, the music of Broughton and Horner for the Roger Rabbit stories created apart from the film, and the 46 minutes of the original soundtrack album published in 1988. An overwhelming amount of music, in which only disc 3 with the 1988 album seems not to be needed, which is accompanied by a booklet with extensive notes about the film and the compilation.

¿Quién engañó a Roger Rabbit? (ESPAÑOL)

¿Quién engañó a Roger Rabbit? (Alan Silvestri).
